* Add Simplified Chinese interface translations * Follow existing localization test conventions * Complete Simplified Chinese where French already reached The pieces the French locale wired up that Chinese had not: - Emoji search in Chinese: assets/emoji/zh/data.json from emoji-picker-element-data@1.8.0 (cldr), the release the vendored de and fr files match byte for byte; the compose window picks it for zh. - The contact assistant writes its reasons in Simplified Chinese and reads numbers without a country code as Chinese ones. - README lists the language; SheetEntryTest and SwipeActionTest check it. CatalogueParityTest now also checks that every translation, in every domain and language, keeps its English message's placeholders. The catalogue test this PR first had did that for Chinese only and was dropped; all four languages pass. messages.zh_CN.yaml follows the English key order (content unchanged, checked with Symfony's loader), and mailed-by reads 发送域 beside 签名域. Changelog entry credits the author and is a highlight.
