Paul LütznerandClaude Opus 5.5 57ea27490e A label a rule applies to new mail stays on its conversation (#185 )

Rules run after threading and before the batch's flush, and ThreadLabelSynchronizer took the union over $thread->messages, which did not yet hold the message the threader had just attached. A rule's label was taken straight off the conversation again. The sync now counts the messages that point at the thread in memory (collection, identity map and pending inserts).

Closes #184
