settings/accounts/_push_toggle.html.twig had no includer: the accounts list renders the compact _push_control, and so does the controller's Turbo response. The card was also drawn entirely in literal palette colours, against CODESTYLE rule 32. What only it read goes with it: PushHealth::badgeClasses(), literal colours again; PushStatus::$expiresAt; and the renews and reregister keys under settings.accounts.push, in all three catalogues. The managers' expiresAt() stays, since AccountHealthInspector reads it. The two comments that pointed at the card now say the row control is the only one.
