A subscribed Google/CalDAV calendar carries the zone its remote account holds for it, often UTC for a shared one. CalendarTimeResolver::zoneFor() let that zone win whenever such a calendar was the default, so the whole page was drawn in UTC: an 11:30 Europe/Paris appointment, stored correctly as 09:30 UTC, showed at 09:30. zoneFor() now uses the user's own zone (profile, else install default) when the default calendar isSynced(); a local calendar keeps its zone. UpcomingEventIndicator repeated the same decision by reading the default calendar's column itself, so the top bar's "today" stayed on the remote clock. It now asks the resolver.
