Paul LütznerandClaude Opus 5.5 f0380c47fa Make the wax seal the icon an account starts on
The default icon was the pl mark. It is the wax seal now, in its own
design: the mark pressed into wax is still recognisably plMail, and it
is a picture rather than two letters, which is what an icon on a
catalogue page or a home screen has to be.

Three things move together:

LogoMotif::DEFAULT the seal, for new accounts and for pages
                             with nobody signed in
Appearance::$logoOriginal true by default, so the seal arrives the
way a picked motif does and not in the
                             theme's colourway
public/icons/ favicon.svg and the four PNGs redrawn as
                             the seal on its tile

A migration moves the column defaults and every account that never
chose an icon: the pl mark, still in berry, still linked to the theme.
That cannot tell an untouched account from one that deliberately stayed
on the mark; those get the seal too and can pick the mark again.

The static files are drawn by hand from the motif's geometry, so a test
now holds favicon.svg to the default icon's own colours.
