docs: the README's calendar shows 7 days, from today

Retaken after 66b9701b: the picture still showed a Monday-to-Sunday week
labelled Week. The spec's own events move two days on, because
app:test:seed-demo already fills the first days from today - on top of
it they took the same slots, a "Standup" beside its "Stand-up" at nine,
and left the last two columns empty.
