fix(theme): Light and Dark read mail on their own light, not Paper's

Browse Source 
The sheet channels in :root and both dark blocks still carried the warm
cream from the mail-sheet redesign — which is Paper's palette. The comment
above the inventory says which light is the theme's own business; these three
blocks now follow it: Light on its white and zinc, the dark pair on slate-50.
