reger 4214f250d0 Add option for extended search (Autosearch) to Bookmark.html asking all connected peers for the searchterm added as description to the bookmark created by the bookmark icon. 
Intended for searches/research projects with not sufficient results from local and DHT selected remote target peers.

Function: the process checks newly created bookmarks for description starting with "query=..." and takes this to ask every peer for 20 search results and adds it to the local index in a background job.
link to start/stop the process added to /Bookmarks.html

Michael Peter Christen 92655c7fd9 - added bootstrap css framework 
- adopted all YaCy administration pages to new framework
- created new search page layout (working, but still work in progress)
- old skin files are fully appliable! (and looking good)
- target is a new style based on bootstrap examples, see /test.html
- icons in YaCy may be replaced by glyphicons (to be done)

Bookmarks.html, Ranking_p.html, base.css: Fixed XHTML errors to make pages compatible again - switched div -> span inside dt and replaced css definition of id (unique) with class (class of elements)
header.template: Fixed link to berliOS changelog by replacing & -> & and adding translation for German page by refering to German berliOS UI ;-]

If you don't use the default skin, the style will be broken or at least not complete.
YaCy now has two css-files: base.css in htroot/env and the skin. In base.css the layout and black/white text-formating-rules are defined. Colors are only defined in the skin.
The skin is now very easy to read and to change. If you want to make more changes than the colors you see in the default-skin, feel free to use the full power of css, but you are warned: The code is still not ready and may change, but we try to avoid changes which affect anything in the default-style.
Translation will be broken too because the language-files contain HTML-Code which has changed.
