Michael Peter Christen b1380c4a9f cleaned up user authentication 
this removes the userDB-exception in the normal
authentication process which affected mostly wiki
and blog which are not required any more. We also
cleaned up translation messages as this function was
not used at all. This is a required step forward
a renovation of the jetty server.

reger f153cc4b5d add/allow to create a bookmark of result viewed via urlproxy. 
For this on the header of the viewed result a "add bookmark" button is
available (for authenticated users).
Currently the bookmark is added to a (virtual) bookmark folder "/proxy"
w/o any additional tags etc.

reger 97cc03ef6a start using a template for urlproxy header 
It is included as iframe  /proxmsg/urlproxyheader.html
to allow full servlet functionallity and flexibility to display some
index/meta data in future.

low012 f65bfaa9af *) Removed base tag from errror page. This has been added by myself a long time ago as a workaround for some weird behavior of my router, but as it turns out, it does more bad than good in general: If HTTPS is used for communication with YaCy, entering a wrong passwort led to an errror page with a form which would send username and password unencrypted with the user possibly being unaware of this. 
*) changed some comments, added some annotations, added SVN properties here and there

allo bd22634c44 HTML-login, logout fixed. 
TODO: If you login with the form, then logout with the form, and then try to login with httpauth, the first try will fail.
(should logged_out be resettet in ipAuth? but if there is ipAuth before proxyAuth, the logout would be broken. Maybe a combined method can help.)
